The Softel Jequitimar Guarujá is the biggest and more complete hospitality undertaking for leisure and business tourism on the luxury segment on São Paulo’s coastline, demanding around R$ 150 milion from Sisan Empreendimentos Imobiliários. Important nacional names were involved in the project’s development, such as Hamam Group, BRR, Hia, Construcap, De Fournier, Burle Marx and João Armentano.

According to Sisan’s director, engineer Eduardo Velucci, in charge of the hotel’s process management since the beginning, the companies involved were chosen by having great technical achievements in assorted segments.

Quality on Hospitality Implementation
Hamam Group was hired for the hospitality implementation of the Sofitel Jequitimar, wich aims the realization of all the hotel items’s courses, following from the critical items’s production, receiving and assembling of all the complex’s layouts and operational areas until the formal deliver to the operator, Accor. The products used on the interior design and assembling are from the highest quality and some were developed exclusively for this hotel, respecting João Armentano’s Project, the owner’s desires and Sofitel’s luxury standards.
